hello
Well I have had a look through and it seems very well written and comprehensive, so I'll take off the under development label. However it doesn't seem like a game you want to play with anyone who is less than honest, particularly the dictator version if they are dictator.
Nice bit of splicing by the way, couldn't see a join.

When I play, *I* like to be Mao! I think I'm a good one - capricious enough to make in interesting, but not enough to drive most players away. Ah... good, fuzzy memories associated with that game... 
Oh, and thanks for the compliment. I really only just peppered my bits into JonBob's already excellent entry. It felt like Subbing, my true calling.
