As you will notice I have only on header (Ancestorial Species)
I would like to add some other stuff... but I am not sure how to split it up. I'd like to talk about evolution of technology in parellel with species and perhaps a bit on physical remains that these conclusions are drawn from... you think this is a good idea... or should we have an entry on Anthropology that covers that?

I don't really know that much about the subject, but how about starting off with an explanation of how evolution occurs, before going on to the case of humans?

Hmm there IS an edited entry on Evolution... but it is sadly lacking, so I didn't link it. However I feel an explaination of evolution should be a seperate entry... perhaps I should cover some basics though....

I added a couple of links that may clear up that defining evolution problem....

Yes, I see what you mean - maybe just an introductory paragraph would be better explaining what evolution is and the V. V. basic basics about how it occurs ... but don't let me push it - the decision is obviously yours!

I am assuming I really should wait until the Taxonomy entry gets recommended before I post this entry in Peer Review....

Well ... I don't know much about the topic and I've not been here long but IMHO it's ready for peer review. At least you'll get more feedback there! (If you're still unsure, how about asking one of the scouts or putting it in with a message saying that you weren't sure - the worst they can do is remove it, and I doubt they'd do that!)

Sorry 'bout butting in, but I've almost finished reading a 4-book series. The first entitled "Clan of the Cave Bear". Thoroughly researched on tool-making & life of the neanderthal & "others", i.e. more advanced races (in some ways), although the neand. were advanced in their own way. The 2nd&3rd book seems to deal more with inventions. Bascially yes, it is a story, but such alot woven into it. If you are a speedy reader, it may be worth a read? Author:P Jean M. Auel. Some fiction, but alot of "possible" fact. Hope this is of some help. Bye, bye.

I have already read them all... but thanks... almost everything in them is based on the limited knowledge we do have of their lives... except the soap opera stuff
