I was looking through the entries for U.S. states, and I found that there was nothing listed for Idaho. So, here it is. Hope you like it.

Perhaps you're not quite finished with this one?
Really, the Peer Review page is the place for Researchers to submit completed entries for possible inclusion into the Edited Guide and I'm not quite sure you're through with this one yet...
Along with potatoes, doesn't Idaho produce a lot of hops for use in Bush beer (among others) - I know this because while drinking a 'few' in college we called a toll-free information line that was printed on the can and asked where all their ingrediants came from and we were surprised that the hops came from Idaho. 
Anyway, I'm sure there are more things you could mention.

I think this is a good start, but you're going to need to keep at it for a while longer before it's ready for the Edited Guide.
