This reminds me of a book I've got. The Little Book Of Hugs by Kathleen Keating . It was given to me by a friend when I needed a lot of hugs.
I need to dig it out from my parents and get it here. Everytime I see it I think of the hugs I've had and have given. Always makes me smile
