Hello, welcome, Come on in, have a pen and some paper, sit on a comfy chair and let out some of that pent up creativity :-)
Since I've been here at H2G2 the only complaint I've ever had is that there was nowhere that I could find to share some of my poetry with other H2G2 users or read what others had written. I am a poetry addict and so I have decided to create such a place.
Poetry in my opinion is one of the best ways of expressing emotion there is (although smashing crockery will always come a close second ;-) ) you can show anger, humour, frustration, elation, anything, all with a few lines or a few hundred lines. You are entierly in control. A poem can be as beautiful as a painting by an incredibly skilled artist, as soft as a lullaby or as rough as the sea in a storm. Poetry is true freedom. So express yourself :-)
