Specifically, I'm looking for folk tales, proverbs and old wives' tales about the weather. I had a good start with this and then interest sort of died off. It's currently in the Writing Workshop at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F57153?thread=124770 and it has sparked some renewed interest. Perhaps we could list this on the front page someday? Please?
