I don't know, it certainly played into the whole me not believing its the General thing though. What kind of Villa fan gets invited by the board to go on hospitality and has to consider it. I would've choked trying to bite his hands off.

Yep, same here, I'd have e-mailing him pretty much on the hour every hour until a reasoned response was received via the clubs e-mail systems.

However having said that, I did have a bit of a chat with him and he didn't seem contrived or that he someone was trying to sound like the general.

From his approach and his grammar he was definately of the older generation and well educated - unlike moi.

Still unless you can see their face you're never going to be sure who you are speaking to - this rule doesn't apply to Sharon Osbourne and that clearly isn't his face - I think she had a face swap with Ozzy - he never looked that old.
