Give me some time I'm trying to sort it out I promise I will never EVER try and use humour again

I've withdrew the complaint. I'm keeping away from here until my replacement sense of humour arrives.

I've read the editorial earlier today, never thought it might cause offence
Croz, can I repeat here that I think you've done a really great job with the elections, and I'm convinced everybody else agrees with me, and just thought the editorial was funny ?

I appologise unreservedly and my resignation has been tendered to the Post staff, whether they accept it is up to them

Having not seen the editorial Reefgirl I can't judge but homour has been used many times in the past in editorial without problems so I'm confused.

Well we thought it would be amusing to start a Watergate type thing, I was wrong as I so often am around h2

Oh that's tame compared to the first time. We had assasination attepmts, hospitalisation of comotosed candidates the works.
People are just becoming too serious around here.

You could be right, still doesn't matter now, I'll go down in history as the only editor to get the Post Yikesed

I've emailed twice to get the page back intact, and I've already explained that i'd not have reacted the way I did if I was in a better frame of mind.
Reefgirl, I don't want you to leave this because of me. I'd rather leave instead. If anything I could do with a break

Damn eager fingers
It's just I'm sick of spending my weekends and evenings slogging over the Post, for what, nothing, I never wanted the damn job in the first place it got dumped on me, but not wanting to upset anyone I carried on now I've had enough, I'll be happy just MLing articles and editing the FP
