There a first aider about
Was cleaning the kitchen n went to get up off the floor where id been scrubbing n smacked my injured knee hard on the edge of the door 
Can't do any more now..Ged'll just have to ignore the mess!

Not sure at the mo.. he's got an interview in chichester on friday..so will be heading down that way tomorrow afty to a hostel to save the long trip early friday morning, back here friday night and prolly till sunday unless his brother comes down from manchester for the weekend as hes threatening to

Chichester is nice, I've got a few friends living down that way! 
So you've delayed your cleaning frenzy then while your knee recovers? Perhaps we should get you gloves, helmet, knee and arm pads that you should wear 24 7?
