Good stuff!
I'm afraid I'm a Voyager fan... or at least, Voyager is the best Star Trek and DS9 is the worst... please don't hold that against me...
Anyway, a few things I noticed:
- "The Maquis ship is destroyed in the battle and its crewmembers are rescued by the crew of Voyager" ... it doesn't quite happen like that, does it? They all end up on Voyager after Chakotay decides to take out one of the Kazon ships by driving his ship straight into it (and transporting off just before collision), if I remember rightly?
- In the bit about The Doctor:
"Despite working on it for seven years, he never gives himself a name." ... didn't he have a name in the final episode? Something really unoriginal if I remember rightly, as Tom Paris quipped - 'You spent 17 years thinking of a name, and that was all you could come up with?'
- I think someone else already mentioned it, but surely the Borg Queen is worth putting as a recurring character? And if you're going to mention Reg Barclay then you may as well mention Deanna Troi as well, since they usually turn up together.
That's all I can see at the moment, I'll give it another read later.

I believe at some point The Doctor decides to call himself after Dr Zimmerman, but I don't think that's what he eventually settles with because I've got pretty early books with him called Dr Zimmerman in...

Dr Zimmerman was the person who invented him, and whose face he has if I remember correctly. I think they meet at one point. :D

Yup, that's true He decided that it would be an honour to be called after Dr Zimmerman...possibly he decided it wasn't such an honour after actually meeting him?

Can't remember!
He had a catchphrase - I'm a Doctor not a (whatever). I was told this was because the doctor in the original star trek said it once. Our Doc said its lots of times!
I'm a doctor, not a dragon slayer is one of my favs.

OK, I think I addressed most of those problems, although one area where I do have problems is in trying to unbias it. Now let me just correct something here; I don't hate Voyager. It's true that it's my least favourite Star Trek, and I do ridicule it a little too much, but I still think it was a good show. It just had too many percieved problems for me to think it's a great show. So if you can show me the areas where I may have been unkind to the show, I'll try and get them sorted.
