Sorry... I didn't know that 
At the time of writing the editorial, the only mention I saw was of various PO's in London, Milton Keynes, Manchester and Leeds or Liverpool.
I guess stuck out here in the Netherlands I don't always pick up on the overall picture back in the UK.
Anyway... I understand that the strike is now over and things should get back to normal... eventually?

, I didn't mean to sound quite so rude!
The strikes started in Watford and spread to north Wales before they started in Liverpool. Liverpool's strike then caused a strike in Cardiff. I suppose it goes to show that not even the news can be bothered reporting what happens in Wales
