You might want to add that Jackie Chan has recently made a cartoon series about himself. He's an amature archeaologist working in his uncle's shop and looking after his neice when he gets on the wrong side of some criminal organisation trying to bring an evil demon into the world using 12 magic talismans.
I don't know much more about it than that (my little brother watches it, I just sit here on the computer picking up the odd detail), you can probably find out more on the Fox Kids website.
