the Shee

Some trivia to add to the entry, perhaps (parts of it?)-- woodwind players (musical instruments like clarinet, flute, oboe, saxophone, etc) use cigarette paper to blot the keys of their instruments when the keys begin to take on water from the constant warm, humid breath being blown through the instrument. Water on the pads of the keys causes a fluttering sound in my clarinet whenever I blow through, and it needs to be cleaned out or it can be bad for the pads and sound of the instrument. Cigarette paper works well for absorbing excess moisture in the pads, but one has to be sure that one uses the correct end of the paper -- you don't want to stick the cigarette paper to the instrument!

(powder paper is better because it isn't made to stick to itself, but somewhat more difficult to come by)

Since Zarn hasn't been around for nearly a year, I've taken this one on. You can find my copy at A1078634 - look out for it in PR within a week!

Hi KerrAvon,
Not sure which planet yr living on, but it goes around it's sun much faster than this earth based guide! I'm quite happy happy with you taking this article on, tho I hope you do more work on it than just copy the code from my original posting and post it as an article written by you!
I gave up on this article for a number of reasons, it was far from complete and placed it in the ******** for the purpose of making a much better article, which I never got around too, though had some good suggestions.
Please add White rizla to the list and tell me what they're about, only seen them never used them!

Z.

Hey, that's no problem, we all have weird days smiley - winkeye

So far that's all I've done, although of course you're on the Researcher list! Sorry man, I visited your PS, but for some reason all I saw were old postings smiley - erm Rizla white? I've never seen them, I'll check out Rizla's homepage- they could be menthol- that's what Swan Filter's White are.

I hope to have it in PR by the end of the week, but that might slip to a fortnight- I'm in the middle of moving house.

Right- first off, Rizla White are apparently extra heavy perforated papers, for a smoother smoke. Think I'll avoid them smiley - laugh

I've tidied up spelling, grammar and so forth, plus added some extra info. If you're okay with it, I'll bung it in PR and see what people think. I don't think details of other brands are really needed- there's only so much variation in papers, after all!

Hey, I'm using Swan at the mo- but I have had problems in the past, and I know lots of others that have too smiley - smiley Zig Zag are papers I've never really got the hang of....

If you ever see Redmont, get 'em, they're great.

I'll have one last sweep over the enrty, then bung it in PR, probably this evening.

This entry (or my version of it) has now been edited, shouldn't this be moved out the FM, before some poor soul comes along and picks it up, only to find it's been done?
