Nephew Who changing colour of skin in the grey skys near the Doldrums
"I do not like to be negative, will try to balance it. The header uses hidden skins, most are alabaster, how to help save brunel, missing are 360, Classic, .... The popup scripts do fit the content whoo, this is rare, my compliments as even most commercial popups are too small."

Traveller in Time smiley - tit on his head
"How come we can find a log for yesterday, but the map is behind another day?"

The maplog pages are not actually in H2G2, but have been created and are hosted on another site owned by my business, 'Design Communications'. This is based in Melbourne Australia. Each day I send the log to both London (where Richard/Sam update H2G2) and Melbourne, (where my business partners update the mapping site). Within Melbourne the map and log are themselves currently updated by two different people. This is a bit cumbersome. We designed it to be automatic with a simple ftp file update from the boat but had difficulties getting it to work and at one pound a minute, experimenting started to get expensive on the Satphone. So a simple 2 minute manual job looked attractive. We may try to get the auto mode going when we get to Melbourne.

But glad you like it anyway. Hope the background is helpful and interesting.

Nick

Nephew Who dragging a wheel barrow behind him
"On our projection monitor ( 2048 * 1536 ) the title bar breaks. Only in the zone level the scripting does something usefull: popup to dayly log. We will update < A1325305 > as soon as we have formulated more (in time) (no public complaining about a perfect site with some sharp edges).
The irregularities have indeed gone forth and back that is, sometimes 'Richard' (I suspect Sam) updated the Guide first other days < communication::design > was first. A race to save the race of albatrosses."
