Hi All, hope the voyage is going well. I understand that the BBC will be filming the voyage or at least parts of it. Do you have a cameraman onboard and, if not, is it too late for an experienced birder and wildlife cameraman to join? Its something I would very much like to be part of. Best wishes, Adam

Hello Adam
Many thanks for posting and asking about the BBC docs. Right now John and his team have cameras on board and will be joined in Cape Town for the leg to Melbourne by Trevor Fhislock, a BAFTA award winning print and tv journalist who filmed John's last trans Atlantic journey. So I think we're set, but it would certainly be worth keeping an eye on the site as things can so easily fall apart on this kind of voyage... Best Richard

Hi Richard, Glad to hear that you're all sorted. How should I best pass my contact details to you in case you ever needed some back-up? Also, I understand that there's some kind of documentary being made - are there any further details available at the moment? Adam

I don't want to lead you up a garden path, because needing another camera/ irector for this project is a long shot. But do feel free to email me: [email protected] Best Richard U76

"Researcher 238267, can I call you Adam PlayMountain, you seem to be new here, on h2g2 ( use PREFERENCES to change your name ).
The Physical 'English Rose V1' documentaries are covered. Feel free to write a script for your own Personal Space ( there is a big EDIT somewhere depending on the skin you are using ) . Most stage props can be found on the branches down < C550 >. There are more but those are not recommended.
By the way we could use a director for some documentaries overhere. We have lots of ideas to cover."

"Any script or story is welcome overhere, feel free to publish them. The BBC needs a copyright of those publishable works to publish them ( sounds rather obvious ). I would recommend to keep the cash busters for yourself."

"There is no real way to know if a story is good"

Traveller in Time on his head
"Well, our current ( non profit ) project is to create an Albatross.
He should have big eyes, nice colours, super hero attributes and an easy feedback if chucked or stroke. This to generate a 'popular' japanese icon in our battle to avoid extinction of the birds."
Nephew Who tapping on his console
"They have managed it with turtles and rats so far why not an albatross?"
