A Conversation for brighton coffee shops
24 Hour Coffee
Not Really Acid Started conversation Aug 2, 2001
I live in Brighton, Massachusetts. It may not be your Brighton, but it's bright enough for me.
I also live one block away from a Dunkin' Donuts coffee shop that is near and dear to my heart. It is open 24 hours each of the 365 days of the year. They have glorious, rich, flavorful coffee, the best I've tasted since I lived above Ford's Cofee Shop in Andover.
I once sat there for over three weeks with an IV dripping pure black coffee into my left arm while I read nine tenths of the literary accomplishments of ancient Greece. I got the boot when my checkbook ran dry.
Yes, that's right! They accept checks from a well known customer. And they sure know me. They once through a surprise birthday party for me and invited all my relatives! They're good people at Dunkin's. I affectionately call them my Dear Dunkin' Doobies.
But I digress... If it was to Brighton, Massachusetts you were referring, search no longer! At the corner of North Beacon and Market streets you will find Dunkin Donuts, with a full size, Las-Vegas-Strip-worthy neon sign that burns day and night, beckoning all the coffee cravers of this good Earth. If it was to another Brighton, what the heck? Come on over anyway and we'll share a 'Box O' Joe' and discuss Dante's Divine Comedy!
Cheers!
