Dear songthrush,
I hope I have remembered your name correctly.
What a tremendously sensitve piece of writing. I felt I was on the bus with you. You were so accepting, deciding to learn from those around you who were exactly aware of what they were doing, - how far they could encroach into space reserved for others yet remaining calm and detached throughout.
It was extraordinarily perceptive writing.
