From Rich's post, it does appear to need quite a bit of work.
Maybe it's best to send it back to entry for now (so we have a better overview in PR; I believe there are far fewer entries acutally being worked on than it seems) and then she can re-submit it once she's addressed those issues. Give it a fresh start.
And it's a reminder for all of us not to just take what we find in FM on trust, but research those aspects, too, if we're rescuing it.
