Just so you know, we are right this moment looking into designing some more smileys, and as you saw from the Talking Point, the next skin is a work in progress (though it's a fair old job, so it will take time).
We've also got a new programmer on the team (see the Team page), so things are looking up. Still waiting for clearance on that blessed email, though...
