Should be used as:

<bubblish>English text</bubblish>

This should be translated by the parser to its Bubblish equivalent, with a "Translate" button next to it (probably similar to the fish smiley), which pops up a window with the English version of the text.

This gadget should be available in fora, since that's the main place Bubblish is used.

I had a disk with source code, but can't find it at the moment. I will put the source here when I find it.
