ME WANT IE5.NOW.

(please excuse the rather rude subject)
I want to download IE5 but i'm worried it'll take 16 hours (or something ridiculous) or even worse... muck up the computer. My PC is already in a state of ruin with the process or fan half dead and the CD drive playing up so i can't cope with anything else. Could someone tell me how long it takes to download it?
Thanx

Why don't you go for the easy option and buy a PC mag. (I'd recommend PC Plus myself) That way you get IE5 along with some other freebie software aswell as getting to find out about the latest PC merchandise!

Or you can get it for free by picking up on of the Freeserve disks that seem to be everywhere now, installing IE5 then deleteing the SIGNIN folder in your IE directory thus getting rid of all the customisation bar a small thing that says 'provided by Freeserve' in the title bar.

All depends on which part of the world you're in of course.
