Too late!!! Gedge's answer is correct I believe. It was the first match played in the enclosed stadium, the roof being closed because of rain.
Something that wasn't unique about the match was Ryan Giggs missing an international because of injury.

unfortunately (sorry), Fortune seems to have picked up this affliction from Giggs. I saw in the papers that he was going on about how international duty was screwing his first team chances. this might be true but he didn't have to say it.
