Just because Madona and someother hollywood name droppers have chosen yoga as the new flavour of the month doesen't make it an overnight sensation. The hindus have been practicing this ancient art of SPIRITUALISM for thouasnds of years and although it does have mant physical benefits the fact that it has only lately come into vouge is typical of how the masses jump on anything trendy just cause their fav movie tv nusic star does . Yoga is wonderful but in mu opinions we should be taking our cues in life from others than hollywoods elite.

WELL THATS YOUR OPINION BUT THE MAIN REASON I STARTED WAQS TO TONE MY BODY AND LOOK GOOD , I WAS ONLY BEING FUNNY WHEN I MENTIONED THE HOLLYWOOD COMMUNITY TAKING PART EVEN THOUGH IT IS TRUE.
