old t.v. series --The Phantom Agents

Hey Folks ,
I remember seeing on t.v. during the late sixties/ early seventies a television show called the Phantom Agents .It involved a group of martial arts secret agents who NEVER used a gun! Well only "as a last resort".
I remember they had cool helmets with mesh over them and high cut boots and their leaders name was FANTA .They had a great way of signalling ,ripped from the military ,using distinctive hand signals.
If anyone can help with information on this production or 'godforfend' actual tapes ,or where files may be available , please let me know .For a newbie like me this may be chance of an entry !!!
