Hi there.
Off hand I don't have any information on the 12th planet, but no doubt someone will be able to tell you something.
Here on the "Welcome to h2g2" page isn't the best place to be asking this question really. You'll get more people able to answer if you post saomewhere like the <./>askh2g2</.> page.

I like the sound of this... what's been happening to the way we think our solar system works while I've been in Germany??? And why has there been nothing on the World Service or CNN?????
