Pride and immortality

His humour and his view of things provided me with a different lifestyle ... more relaxed, rich of joy. If one day somebody ... at least one ... would say this about me, I'd be proud!
I cannot help calm the pain his family feels and my condolence maybe wouldn't help anybody. I didn't know him personally and nothing but time can really help over the loss of somebody we loved. But the humor and the view of things Douglas Adams had are immortal with his works. What will I have done in my life when I die? I don't know! Douglas Adams touched the hearts of millions! For me, he lives on in the life of every man and woman whose way of thinking he touched! Everytime somebodies words and actions refer to the guide or other pieces of his work, he's there somehow.
Some call his works comedy, but I've never seen comedy teaching me so much about myself and the world around me. I had a few teachers in my life who really helped me to improve my life ... Douglas Adams definitely was one of them!
I feel sad that this man with this remarkable humor died, but he left something that is immortal, to destroy this part of him, somebody really must blow up earth ... and even then ...! I don't remember which culture or religion it was, but I heard about a sentence saying: you're only dead when the last one has forgotten about you. If this is true Douglas Adams will not have died before I die!
