here is the code:
Just copy and paste it into the page. The ALIGN tag in the first table tag is currently set to ALIGN="RIGHT" so change or delete that if you do not want it on the right of the page.
Everything should be fine but I would recommend taking a backup of the page you are going to change, just to be on the safe side.
Any problems let me know.

Sure you can trust me 
But try copying the code by:
* clicking with your mouse at the start of the code
* holding the mouse button down
* draging the mouse pointer to the end of the code
* releasing the mouse button
(this should then higlight all of the code)
* then press [ctrl]+[C] to copy
* open the Iris cafe page to edit
* then press [ctrl]+[V] to paste the code where you want it
But I am happy to add the code to the page if you decide you can trust me, just let me know where abouts you would like it to appear and on which side.

Yep, just copy and paste into Notepad or Wordpad or something and then just save it as a txt file.
