what about people under age 18? they can't legally be held to anything they sign. i don't want to be kicked off the site because i can't waive my "right to be offended". speaking of which... you might want to think about calling that something else. smiley - winkeye it doesn't sound very legal... lol.

I think in the various other discussions on this entry we've decided that the option of waiving your right to be offended would not work anyway. While it might deal with the little old granny from topeka who dies from a heart attack after reading an especially naughty bit, it would protect the site from copyright or libel claims.

lol. okay.

your intentions are good, mikey, and i agree with you, but i think that a massive petition by the researchers could at least get the attention of the BBC. that's why i joined the zaphodistas.

but i know you don't want to hear their spiel, so... good luck, keep fighting the good fight.
