"Boohai: remote place ("up the Boohai" - probably an alteration of Puhoi, a town north of Auckland which was difficult of access last century.)"
- better make that the 19th Century. Puhoi is now about 10km shy of becoming an outlying suburb of Auckland (especially once the motorway extension goes through). Hopefully the residents will never let the developers in, because 90% of the homes in the village and valley are 100 years old.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
