This is basically a distillation of the rules from the European community about dealing in euro currencies that need to be applied when developing software. As we're only 6 months away from the changeover date I think this could be expedited.

Yepp very useful entry, short and to the point.
The colours in the table don't make it better readable though. Anyway, the Edited version will use black and white, as the Editors have their own taste and guidelines

I fixed the table. Can't work out whether or not to include stuff about the euro symbol as in most respects that is not a developer's problem.
