Oooh. now you know how Jif got changed to Cif??? Well, over here in Germany, its called Viss (I think, I cant remember - and I bought it only yesterday. Either way, its definitely not called Cif!)
Why??? Its just to confuse us all I think...

I hadn't though of that, Welsh should definitly be an exception to the rule, i think if you got enough lawyers onto it, it would be ilegal not to allow welsh (The Welsh Language Act).
As for changing names, a lot of countries (esp. England) object to name changes, which is probably why Germany is still different.
