Trangressions: Premod loophole?

"While suspended, returning to h2g2 by creating another account will constitute a further offence and will extend the suspension to the next period, or will result in your account being closed permanently."
What procedures (if any) are in place to deal with someone opening another account to circumvent premoderation? The paragraph only seems to cover suspensions.

It has happened any number of times before, and the Italics always seem to have dealt with it quite promptly. I believe -- although I can't be sure -- that when people are put on premod, they are sent an email explaining the consequences for trying to circumvent it by creating a new account.

We're working on a clearer explanation for transgressions which we hope will go live this month some time. But the basic guideline is that if a pre-moderated Researcher creates a new account to bypass the pre-moderation, that new account may be restricted and the period of moderation on the original account may be extended. If the Researcher jumps to a pre-existing account that we'd not been aware of, the moderation will be applied evenly across all the accounts.
