We've added 'potentially defamatory material' to the paragraph starting 'Any links' in the bullet point 'Do not include any URLs in Conversation Postings or Nicknames, and only include suitable URLs in Guide Entries'.
This simply points out that links to sites which we consider to be potentially defamatory may be removed. It's not a change in the rules, just a slight clarification (and one which was requested by a Researcher).
