Hi,
Nice post; I've been thinking of a few other terms you might want to include.
Attack line
Back court hitter
Opposite hitter
Serve (!) and maybe jump server
Also you might want to mention double and triple blocks, and maybe 5-1, 6-2 etc as court setups.
It's quite hard when you think about it; there are sooo many terms that you use without thinking. Difficult to get them all written down
