I'm trying to only include current, first or really significant rulers. This is so that people don't get offended by me having hundreds listed for England and none for Uzbekistan (for example)

Makes sense, and I agree. Good thinking. However, my bday is the 30th, rather than the 13th. I probably should have put the numerals in the first place, but you can blame my trig teacher for that. I don't know why, but just blame her.
