Well written; that means for me it conveys the emotion of the narrator to me.
The sentiment/message in it reminds me of Brian Patten's Portrait of a Young Girl Raped at a Suburban Party.
Muggings are not normally the stuff of poetry; but why not? They are unfortunately part of the human experience and so should be examined by our poets. Well done.
I shall read more of your stuff and enjoy it I am sure.

Yes. But you feeling it is one thing, getting the reader to feel it is another. You only have words at your command, and for the reaeer the experience may be beyond her/his ken.
