This sounds delicious, and not too hard, so I'll have to give it a try. But I noticed the first step is to mix the cream and the skim/nonfat milk together, thus adding the fat back to the milk from which it had been removed. Have you ever tried it just using whole milk? Or does using nonfat milk and cream together serve some purpose, such as undoing the homogenization process?
