I went to visit a friend in Kansas a few years back and once ate at a restaurant called KC Masterpiece

All I know about this place is that it was started up by a guy called Rich Davis who won some kind of local barbecuing competition, and that the food there is ab-so-lute-ly gorgeous! I also know that KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce is on the market in the States, but not here in the UK, though here is a page on how to make it! I also have the following link to a restaurant review.
