I'm not sure why you think that to control the prices and exchange rates, and then buy products at the price you've set, is anarchy. For those controling the world mark it's the precisely the arrangement they desire, brought about by controling governments/trade laws. Anarchy is the lack of government in a state/country.

However, I would agree that lack of democracy in a country leads to violent protests (their are enough examples of that in the world). But, can violence ever lead to a peaceful solution. Violence is the tool of an agressor. How can you fight for real democracy/equality, especially on a global scale, by beating people round the head with a big stick and telling them what to do.
