Beautiful. Very beautiful, and you can tell that the author was very hearfelt/passionate about this subject. I know poems don't always have subjects, but if this one does, then what is it?

Hi. Welcome. Yes, I agree .. it is a well-crafted and intense poem. The subject of the poem is a close friend of the writer's .. who has (for reasons I don't know) gone away, or gone out of contact. Secondary subjects, mentioned in the implied "we" are other people whose lives were influenced by the subject. Sorry I don't know more ... People who leave me their poems tell me only what they wish ... Glad you like it.
