I think good sex is about taking time and exploring eachothers likes, dislikes and not being shy to talk about it to your partner or worrying what eachother are thinking. As for the two positions you mentioned some women are embarressed to touch themselves sexually infront of their partners and choose to do that in their own company.

Wonko, have you posted the article at the Peer Review page? I would like to hear what some of the other Scouts have to say about it.

Personally I have a few problems with it. Most of it is opinion - albeit good, caring, common-sense opinion.

In such an important part of human-life as sex, one size doesn't fit all (pun intended) - what's good for one couple is not so good for another couple. In short, people's intimite relationships change over time and your article doesn't take this into account.

A more balanced yarn could/should/would look at sex from both the male and female viewpoints at different stages of the relationship.

Ok, you can view the problem from front and from behind (pun also intended ), trying to give a full view on the topic. I must confess that this would be a too big a project for me, as it should include situations I didn't yet come accross.

I've seen some single subtopic entries on sex in the edited guide, so I thought giving another view on a subtopic would be ok.

As I write this I realize that maybe my title is wrong, that it is to broad. Maybe I should give it a more specific title.
