Hi.
"However, it seems many of the multiple submissions have missed the staffers' careful watch over the past month or so."
That's probably 'cos we're not watching! 
We only react to people asking us to move threads, or we'd be here all day... so blame the Scouts for not posting the details to the egroup, not the editors.
