I agree with what you say. The world of 'communication' gets less as it gets more available and sophisticated. Nobody seems to be able to write more than a 'text message', mostly composed of smileys. Nobody seems to be able to read more than one sentence, and even that will have no punctuation or capitalisation.
I am at fault - I unsubscribe from countless 'conversations' when they become:

I queue for the bus and to buy a ticket for the train to Rabat. Actually I don't. In Morocco it is all "Me NOW" - you fight. I understand that Americans have 'lines'. I assume from this that they do not register on the IQ scale!!
