With that sales pitch, sign me up. I don't actually own any animals, but my dad's got some fish and we get various creatures on the bird table (the pheasant who spent twenty minutes trying to fit under the roof despite being about four times too big to get in was one of my favourites).

... and me please. I've only written one animal Entry so far as I can recall (Slow-Worms) but I've helped several others to get through PR.
Maybe there should be a category for extinct animals?
Also, could youy link to The Natural History Museum, which is for Researchers who're named after animals

The official h2g2 Category list has a category for Extinct animals, although I haven't had a chance to trawl through it and check is it reasonable yet.
I'll think about adding a link to the Natural History club.
