Perhaps the service would be more popular if you relayed via e-mail as well as H2G2. I know that very few people, at the best, in my RL associations have an H2G2 user number, but most have e-mail.

We'd have to have their e-mail addresses, and those are often kept confidental unless reasearchers post their addresses onsite...
