Asked Cauliflower Sprout.
'Bugger off, I won't be thine
Because you are a lout!'
'Aww, that's not fair' poor Cauli said,
'Geez, you are high and mighty.
Excuse me if I leave your bed.
Sleep tight and dream of Blighty.'

CABBAGES
Cut and catatonic in an alcoholic trance,
Altzymers leads my memory an incoherent dance,
Blindly as I fumble for my things around the room,
Battling with the feeling of a close impending doom,
Angry with the fact that everything goes bad,
Getting ever more confused and infinitely sad,
Everything seem hopeless, frightening, grim and cold
So maybe I should just accept that I'm getting old.
