This is an amazing piece of writing. It really brings the reality home. News programmes only portray a distant view of things like this. I was gripped.

Yes, it's an excellent read - I hope you continue it. Most people here in Britain really don't know what's going on there, apart from official press releases, which are nothing compared to a first hand experience.
