... Or US birthdays... ours are pretty tame...
We go out to dinner and come back for cake and MORE talk.... 
When my brother had his birthday, though, my aunt came up with a new game!!! Go around the table and each person present tells about something that they will always remember about the birthday person!!!
That was cool...
And when I was younger, my grandmother would spoil me with a small gift on my brother's big day, and vicer versa...
