Is it a problem for anyone else? It is the worst link ,I try to use it weekly rarely with any success

it works everytime for me
it does take a while sometimes but i guess that is due to the info it is downloading. so be patient my young padwan learner

It has always been that way, this is my third computer since I have been on the site. No matter where I try the link it rarely goes through for me. Must be my isp or something on my end if my trouble is unique.
I have asked the question before, never to the right email address or thread. This may not be the right place to ask either, you're the first to answer though! thanks

i am afraid it is all technical jargon to me but have you tried bug report here http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/alabaster/Feedback-Bugs this sounds like the right place for you

It Still does not work any better any more often
At least I have heard the same from other researchers

it still works for me although it can take a few minutes to load the page up as i said earlier. i have no idea why it doesn't work for you though
perhaps it is your area and thus a different server connection just a guess though cos i am a complete dunce with these things
