Will it ever be possible to search through conversations I am subscribed to or have posted to? Something for Development-Features...?
I'd also support the "Search Single Conversations." idea, too.

It's already on the suggestion list. 
Search Single Forums - Enable Members to search single Conversation Forums (and Review Forums) rather than every Conversation in the database.
And more excitingly

Those are related features, but aren't the same. I guess a combination of those, and the Subscription Manager, would be what is desired. Once both exist, combining them shouldn't be too hard.
